Payment methods

Payment can be made online by credit card, prepaid card, or via the PayPal service, following the instructions provided on the website.

For transaction security reasons, PromoPharma Med Srl reserves the right to request a copy of the credit card holder's identity document.

Concurrently with the order confirmation communication, the amount corresponding to the purchased products will be charged to the customer.

 

Credit Card

Every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the Shopify Payments gateway to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. After confirming the order through the website, you will be redirected to Shopify Payments' secure servers, which will handle the transaction with all major credit cards. Accepted credit cards are: American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, and Visa.

 

PayPal Account

Pay conveniently and securely by logging into your PayPal account. After confirming the order through the website, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure servers, where you can log in to your account and pay using your balance or linked account.

 

Shipping methods

All products shipped by PromoPharma Med Srl are packaged in custom-made boxes for the ordered product(s) and anti-shock bubble wrap fillings, if necessary.

 

Delivery methods

PromoPharma Med Srl will deliver goods via specialized carriers in Italy to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order.

Delivery in Italy of purchased products will be carried out by DHL or BRT courier corresponding to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Delivery will take place without prior appointment and is intended for street-level delivery. Delivery will be made between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The carrier will make 2 attempts to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. In case of absence at the first delivery, the carrier will leave a notification card with a telephone number to contact to arrange the second delivery, which will otherwise be made on the next working day after the first delivery. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the products will be held free of charge by the carrier for 8 (calendar) days, during which the customer can contact them for further arrangements. After 8 (calendar) days of storage, the order will be automatically canceled, and PromoPharma Med Srl will refund the customer the value of the order, excluding delivery costs, which will remain at the customer's expense.

Upon delivery, the customer's presence is required to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the products received correspond to what is stated on the order. In case of visible defects, such as incorrect quantity and/or incorrect product and/or damaged packaging, PromoPharma Med Srl asks the customer or their trusted representative to report the aforementioned anomalies by contacting PromoPharma Med Srl via email at info@nutritask.it, within 8 working hours.

 

Shipping and delivery times

Order processing time is a maximum of 24 hours. Upon shipment, a confirmation email for goods dispatch will be sent to the customer. Order delivery times vary from 24 to 48 working hours. Times vary significantly depending on the destination and shipping method (air, sea, land).

  • Standard courier shipping: €5.50
  • For orders over €40, shipping is free
