These general conditions of sale apply exclusively to the online sale of products, as identified and listed in the "PRODUCTS" section of the website. The customer is invited to print or save these general conditions as preferred. In the event of changes, the general conditions published on the website at the time the order is placed by the customer will apply. PromoPharma Med Srl reserves the right to modify the catalog items at any time for technical-commercial reasons.

Prices

All published prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs. The price shown on the website at the time the order is placed applies to the products, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent price changes.

Orders

To take advantage of the special purchase conditions and prices on the site, purchase orders must be placed online through the ordering procedure on the website. To proceed with completing the purchase order, the customer must enter the requested data on the specific order confirmation page, at checkout.

The customer successfully completes the order procedure if the website does not show any error messages. The purchase contract will be considered concluded upon receipt of the order by PromoPharma Med Srl. In this case, PromoPharma Med Srl will confirm receipt of the order by sending an order confirmation email to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation will summarize the selected products, their prices (including delivery costs), the delivery address, and the order number.

PromoPharma Med Srl reminds the customer to carefully check the correctness of the data contained in the order confirmation. The order number, generated by the system and communicated by PromoPharma Med Srl, must be used by the customer in all communications with the company. Occasional unavailability of the products offered or different shipping times than indicated may occur: in this case, if the products chosen by the customer are not, in whole or in part, available, or require different shipping times, PromoPharma Med Srl will inform the customer.
