Returns and refunds 

Our return policy states that after receiving an item ordered on www.nutritask.it, you have 14 days to request a return or an exchange. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.

How to make a return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nutritask.it, stating the order code (found in the order confirmation email received upon completion of the purchase) in the subject line. The withdrawal communication must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, indicating the order number of the purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The product (or products), intact and in its original packaging, must be shipped to the following logistics office:

Conditions for returns

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the products for which a return is requested must be returned intact, undamaged, unspoiled or dirty, and packed in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any missing parts, within 14 days from the date on which the buyer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund method

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding delivery costs, within 14 working days. Shipping and transport costs are borne by the buyer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
